She opened her eyes and recognized the ambivalence of switching between blinking and crying. Her tears adopted the personalities of raindrops, captured sunlight reflecting off a vanity mirror and decorated her bedroom with prism spheres and telepathically questioned, “care to share in the hallucination of a rainbow?”
